What is included in the price?
Original design, copywriting and responsive development for up to 25 agreed pages, a clear enquiry route, and two consolidated rounds of refinements. You approve the finished site before launch. Ecommerce, bespoke software, large catalogues and complex integrations need a separate scope.
Do I need to write the content or prepare a big brief?
No. Copywriting for your agreed pages is included. After payment, a short brief gives us the starting facts. We research your business and prepare the words; you check their accuracy and approve the final version.
When will I see my website?
Your first reviewable version is ready within 48 hours after payment and confirmation of the business details we need. Two refinement rounds follow. The site goes live after your approval and the necessary domain steps, rather than automatically at 48 hours.
How does payment work?
Pay the deposit securely through Stripe, using a card or the eligible options shown at checkout. The balance is due when you approve your finished website, before launch. Prefer a bank transfer? That option is available too, with your own saved order and payment reference. Bank transfers are confirmed only after we check receipt.
Am I committing to a monthly subscription?
No. The website is a one-off price, paid in two halves. Hosting is optional and arranged separately, with the first charge one calendar month after launch. There is no minimum term; cancel before the next renewal. A separate Managed Website option includes care and small content edits; larger work is quoted separately.
Can you replace my existing website?
Yes. We can plan a new site while checking the useful content, URLs, domain and email setup you already have. We discuss the move with you before changing anything, and publish only after your approval.
