We confirm the page plan, up to 30 pages, and discuss the visual approach and any content or access we need. Bespoke software, ecommerce and major brand work are scoped separately before they are started.

Within 48 hours after payment and confirmation of the necessary business details, we show you a reviewable website. This is the point to assess the direction, structure and words, not an automatic launch.
Refine it
together.
You get two consolidated rounds of refinements to the agreed website. We work through your comments, verify the business facts and check how the site works across screen sizes.
Approve and
go live.
We publish once you approve and the domain steps are ready. Hosting and routine updates through team chat are £25 a month, arranged separately at launch, with the first charge one calendar month later. There is no minimum term and the finished site and files are yours.
