Hosting and updates after launch
Keep your site live and ask the team for routine updates through chat. These cover text, approved images, opening hours and contact details on existing pages. We arrange this separately at launch. The first £25 charge is one calendar month after launch, with no minimum term; cancel before the next renewal.

- The 48-hour milestone
- A first website you can review within 48 hours after payment and confirmation of the business details we need. It is a review milestone, not an automatic publication date.
- Page count
- Up to 30 agreed pages. We plan the structure together. Large catalogues, bespoke software, ecommerce and complex integrations need a separate scope.
- Review
- Two consolidated rounds of refinements to the agreed website are included. Bring your comments together for each round.
- Launch
- We publish after you approve the site and the domain steps are ready. You stay in control of your domain and existing email.
- Ownership
- Once the £799 build is paid, the finished site and project files are yours. You can host them elsewhere if the monthly service ends. Third-party assets retain their own licence terms.
- Cancellation
- We discuss build cancellations and refunds case by case, taking into account work completed and your legal rights. The monthly service can be cancelled before its next renewal.

What difference should a new site make?
It should help the right visitor understand your offer, feel confident in the business behind it and know how to contact you. A website can support better enquiries, but traffic, search rankings and sales depend on many things beyond the site, so we do not promise a number of leads or a revenue result.
What exactly does £799 buy?
An original business website with an agreed page plan of up to 30 pages, copy written for those pages, responsive design and build, an enquiry route, and two consolidated rounds of refinements. Bespoke software, ecommerce and major brand work are scoped separately.
Does 48 hours mean the website is live?
It means your first reviewable website is ready within 48 hours after payment and confirmation of the business details we need. You then have two refinement rounds. Publication follows your approval and any necessary domain access.
What happens after launch?
We arrange hosting and routine updates through team chat for £25 a month, billed separately from one calendar month after launch. There is no minimum term. The finished website and project files are yours after the build is paid.
Do I need to write all the copy?
No. Writing for the agreed pages is included in the £799 price. We research your business and prepare the copy; you check the facts and final wording.
Will it look like a template?
The design direction starts with your business, audience and goals. We discuss the scope and visual approach before work begins.
Can you work with an existing website?
Yes. We can discuss a redesign or replacement. We review the existing content, domain and email setup before proposing a move.
What does £25 per month cover?
Hosting and routine chat-based updates to the agreed website, such as text, approved images, opening hours and contact details. New pages, a redesign or new integrations are separate work. The monthly service is separate from today’s £799 website payment.
Do I need to create an account before paying?
No. Stripe handles the secure £799 payment. After payment, send us a short business brief; the team then works with you through review and launch.
